What to include in your first email

You don't need finished drawings. A few details help us understand the space and reply in a useful way.

  1. The type of space — a living room, kitchen, home office, workplace or a whole home.
  2. Its location and approximate size, or a floor plan if you have one.
  3. A few photos of the space as it is today.
  4. Who uses the space and what isn't working at the moment.
  5. Any reference images of interiors you like.

Planning conversations, by email

Whether you are furnishing a new apartment, reworking a kitchen, setting up a home office or organising a workplace, describe what you have in mind. We read every message and reply by email to talk through how interior planning could help your space.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal documents. Our Privacy Policy explains how the information in your email is handled.
